19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

March 20 : "Mission's Ultimate Impact"

Ultimately, the bible declares…
I. The Spread of the Gospel
Matt 24:14
And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all
nations, and then the end will come. NIV

     A. The Scope: Whole world

“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world”
         - God desires that the gospel be preach into the entire world.
         - God’s global vision is our mission.
         - The scope of the impact of mission will affect the whole world.

     B. The Significance: Testimony to all the nations

“as a testimony to all nations…”
         - The gospel message becomes a testimony to all people group that Jesus is God.
         - A testimony that God loves us, and that Jesus died to pay for our sins.
         - God will open the spiritual eyes of men and they will acknowledge Him.
         - Through the proclamation of the gospel, people will believe in Him by faith.

The purpose of spreading the gospel is…
II. The Salvation of Men
Rev 7:9
After this I looked and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count,
from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of
the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their
hands. NIV

Two-fold fulfillment:
        A. Geographically: From Every Nation
“…a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation”
           - How many will be saved? I can’t give you exact number… but I am sure of one
            thing, many will be saved.
           - A great multitude of people will surrender their lives to Him and they will trust
            Him as Lord and Savior.
           - The door of salvation is wide open not just for the Jews but also for all people.
           - People from every nation; both from develop and under developed countries will
come together in the name of Jesus.

      B. Demographically: People, Tribe, and Language
“…tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb”
          - In the Old Testament, Israel was the chosen nation… In the New Testament, the
church is the body of Christ…
          - The church is made up of people from different ethnicity… people with different
             languages/dialect.
          - Aren’t you glad we are part of the church? Aren’t you glad you are part of it?
          - That is why we should develop love and compassion to every people especially
            those who are lost.
         - Let us unselfishly share the good news to all; regardless of who they are
           because Jesus died for all.

Conclusion:
It will never happen until the church becomes…
A. Obedient – to fulfill the Great Commission
B. Diligent – to share the Good News
C. Persistent – to reach the lost people of the world
