Statement of Faith
What We Believe
Statement # 1 - BIBLE
We declare that the Holy Bible is the only inspired and infallible Word of God by which all our actions, beliefs and personal revelation are to be examined. (2 Timothy 3:16/ 2 Peter 1:21)
Statement # 2 – GOD
We declare that there is but One and Only Living and True God who is infinite and eternal who revealed Himself in three distinct Person of One Nature and Power; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4 / John 14:16,17/ Matthew 28:19/Matthew 3:16,17))
Statement # 3 – JESUS CHRIST
We declare that Jesus is the Messiah, the God who became flesh, the only Savior of mankind and the Sovereign Lord. He died in the cross, He rose again, ascended to heaven and sat at the right hand of the Father. (John 1:14 / Philippians 2:5-9/ 1 Corinthians 15:3,4)
Statement # 4 – HOLY SPIRIT
We declare our belief in the Deity of the Holy Spirit, in His sanctifying and empowering work in the lives of the believers and in His work of conviction in the lives of the unbelievers. We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit as evidenced by supernatural utterances and boldness in the ministry. (Acts 5:3,4/Acts 1:8/Acts 19:6/John 16:8-11)
Statement # 5 – MAN
We declare that man was created perfect in the image and likeness of God, but because of sin all stand guilty and condemned before God. (Romans 3:23/Genesis 1:26,27/Romans 5:12)
Statement # 6 – SALVATION
We declare that without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin. Jesus died in Calvary to pay the penalty of our sin and redeemed us from the curse of the law and reconciles us to the Father. Salvation therefore is by grace through faith in Christ Jesus.(Galatians 3:13 / Hebrews 9:22 / Ephesians 2:8,9)
Statement # 7 - CHURCH
We declare that Jesus build a church of His own which consist of all genuine believers and Jesus is the True Head. It exist to reach people for Jesus Christ by equipping the believers, develop their abilities in serving the Lord, to care for one another in order to honor God’s name and is manifested in the local church. (Matthew 16:18/Colossians 1:18/Ephesians 4:11-13)
Statement # 8 – LAST DAYS
We declare that Jesus will return soon just as He promised and will rapture His church from this world in order to reign with Him for a thousand years. This, however, is distinct from the Great White Throne Judgment which is to be followed by the New Heavens and the New Earth. (1 Thessalonians 4:16,17/Revelation 20:4)
Statement # 9 – ETERNAL STATE
We declare that both sinner and saint will be resurrected from the dead – they that are saved unto the resurrection of eternal life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of eternal damnation. (Revelation 20:11-13)
